John-William Noble

PASTOR

John-William Noble is married to Binglin and they have three children, Amos, Endian and Abigail. John-William graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a BD in Divinity in 2007 and worked as a Secondary school teacher for several years. He pastored a church in Edinburgh for three years prior to becoming a church planter. John-William is also the author of The Basics of Christianity and Biblical Marriage: Two Sinners and a Gracious God, the founder of Dóxa Theó Christian School and the co-founder of a Reformed Baptist publisher called Parresia.​

Michael Duncan

ELDER

Mike is married to Gemma and they have one young daughter, Amy Rose. He works in the oil and gas industry. Mike became a Christian when he was 30 and had an instant and growing passion to make Christ known. Mike has served, been trained and equipped in his local church and also completed a two year Cornhill training course in Glasgow. Mike was set apart as the elder of this church in August 2022 and has been with the church since they started gathering, actively involved in preaching, evangelism and serving in many ministries in the fellowship.

Pawel Furman

DEACON

Pawel grew up in Poland and moved to Scotland in 2005. He works in the oil and gas industry. Pawel spent years in the Roman Catholic church and was convicted of his sin and saved by the grace of God when he was 50. Pawel was baptised at Grace Baptist Church Aberdeen in November 2020. He was then set apart as a deacon of the church the following year. Pawel has a deep hunger for the Word of God and continues to tirelessly serve his church family for the Glory of God's Name.

David-James Burnett

DEACON

David-James originally grew up in Fraserbugh for 25 years. He works in the security industry in Aberdeen. David-James was saved by the grace of God and then baptised at Grace Baptist Church Aberdeen in 2021. As a member of his local church he has been gathering and fellowshipping with the local church, involved in the young adults, evangelising, and serving in many capacities in the life of the church. David-James was set apart as a deacon of the church in October 2023. His passion is to grow in his knowledge and hunger for the Word, to serve and make Christ known.
